The UVA Cycling Team is perpetually active. The club has been the Atlantic Coast Cycling Conference (ACCC) champion multiple times, has a strong presence on the national level, winning several national championships & medals, and is a supporter of local bike-friendly initiatives.
Other clubs in Central Virginia include:

rides Whether you ride on- or off-road, great rides await you in the Central Virginia.
For off-road riders, the trails at Walnut Creek Park, in the Washington and Jefferson National Forests and on UVA’s O-Hill provide ample challenge.
Once road riders get a few miles outside of town, they have a virtually limitless network of quiet, beautiful roads.
